EOGB announce the new TBG range with improved efficiency, low NOx and significant noise reduction
New models replace the BGS 30/35 and TBG 45P,60P and 85P(two stage) range.
TBG 35 – 35 P – 35 PN
From 80 kW up to 410 kW.
The older BGS (SPARKGAS) 30/35 designs have been changed to the new TBG 35 design, which with improved function, enables certified class 3 low NOx levels .
SPARKGAS 30 – 35 -> TBG 35.
SPARKGAS 30P-35P -> TBG 35P.
SPARKGAS 30LX -> TBG 35 PN.
The TBG 35P burner is two stage operation, but only uses a single stage gas valve. The gas flow is controlled by a butterfly valve that is connected via the air servo motor.

New TBG 45/60/85 PV Version
From 100 kW up to 850 kW.
The traditional P (Two Stage) version now gives substantial electrical savings due to the new patented inverter fan control – PV where:
- P = Two Stage.
- V = Inverter/Frequency controller.

This gives the possibility to alter the fan motor's rpm via the inverter which reduces the electrical consumption of around 60% on average, this is achieved at burner pricing similar to the previous two stage models.
The possibility to decrease and set the fan speed helps to reduce the noise level by around 6db (A).
Software for adjusting parameters on demand is also available, the inverter comes equipped with an outlet to connect to a laptop if required, though adjustments can be made manually.
What’s the advantages?
- Reduced electrical consumption of around 60% on average.
- Less noise, around 6 decibels quieter operation.
- All class 3 NOx levels across the range.
- Cheaper future gas spares. Only single stage gas valve required.
- Plug-in diagnostics and commissioning facilities.
- Patented inverter design.
