New range of low NOx 2 stage variable speed gas burners

EOGB have recently released a new range of low NOx two stage variable speed gas burners, ranging from 100-850kw.

The TBG45,60,85 PV range uses a unique patented inverter design connected to the fan motor assembly. Previously inverter drives on force draught burners have been a costly extra and a headache for the commissioning engineer to set up.The new "engineer friendly" design sees the inverter directly fitted to the fan motor and then the servo motor controls the air and gas quantitys.

This now gives us several advantages;

• Firstly the electrical motor consumption is reduced by over 60% in some cases.
• Secondly the noise reduction is around 6 decibels.
• Thirdly we now only require a single stage gas valve which as well as the cost saving achieved, will also be an advantage in years to come should the gas valve need to be replaced.

We will also soon be releasing a new variable speed modulating gas burner range (TBG PNV) that will be capable of being controlled via a 0-10 volts dc BMS signal or a temperature sensor connected in the flow side of the system.
