Position available – Commercial Burner Sales Engineer

An interesting and varied full time role within the commercial heating industry. EOGB and Baltur UK are based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire and we are seeking an ambitious and dedicated sales engineer to expand the commercial and industrial burner side of our business.

Main Role

The main role of this position is to develop and expand the Baltur UK commercial and industrial burner brand. Other duties of this role are –

  • The development of new sales strategies to support the ambitions of the business.
  • To find potential new clients and build strong relationships with oem’s, M&E Specifiers, local authorities and research further niche markets such as specific process applications in various industrial sectors.
  • Build Commercial sales, provide tenders, quotations and oem schedules

 

Required Skills

  • Must be a self-starter, capable of formulating their own work schedules
  • A Good organiser and communicator
  • Able to work with other departments to achieve targets
  • Understand potential customer’s needs
  • Identify and evaluate potential new markets, with the ability to generate accurate information and sales forecasts to justify the market potential
  • Good technical and mechanical background knowledge and able to converse at this level with customers
  • Knowledge of burners and the associated heating industry and be open to learning
  • Liaising with Marketing to formulate successful product awareness and promotion
  • Offering input into Marketing, promotions and editorials to promote new and existing products
