Commercial Burner Training
Once a year we offer heating engineers the opportunity to attend a week-long commercial burner training course at the world-renowned Baltur facility in Bologna, Italy.
The trip includes training on gas, oil and dual fuel commercial burners from 50-2000 KW as well as two-stage, air/gas ratio, mechanical modulating, and pre-mix controls.
Price will vary, the package covers flights, hotel & full board.

For burner training we cover:
- Commissioning
- Gas valve set up
- Modulating controls
- Burner matching
- Gas rating
- Fault finding
We also cover oil burner set-up, correct nozzle selection and oil commissioning in addition to how to work with dual fuel burners and their set-up procedures.
The components used on the burners are industry standard components such as Dungs, Siemens, Kromschroder and Lamtec so the training will prove invaluable for any engineer currently working or looking to work on commercial forced draft burners.
The training is delivered in English by highly experienced engineers and is extremely hands-on.
There are no entry requirements for this course.
