EOGB Returns Procedure

For any Burner or Gas Valve return, prior permission must be obtained from our technical department before returning any Burners of Gas Valves, please contact them on 01480 477066 opt 3 with the items part number and Serial number to hand so that the item can be assessed and diagnosed over the phone. Once assessed and logged over the phone and when prompted, please follow steps 1 to 6.

  1. Please complete the below form, all boxes that require information will be indicated by a * must be completed. Failure to provide this information may delay the returns process.
  2. Once filled in, please tick that you have understood our returns terms and conditions.
  3. Once completed, please click the “Request Now" button. This will automatically send an email which will provide you with an RMA number and a delivery address for you to attach to the parcel.
  4. All postal charges are at the cost of the customer, and we recommend the use of a “tracked postal service” EOGB cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during transit.
  5. On all correspondences or enquiry’s please state the RMA number provided with your return address label that will be emailed to you on completion of the below.
  6. EOGB will credit all goods unless specified below.

Note;

Any goods that are no longer required, cannot for returned for credit after 30 days of date of receipt. Any goods returned in “as new” condition within this 30 day period would be incur a 25% restocking fee. Faulty goods returned to EOGB will be repaired and returned to you, replaced, or credited at EOGBs discretion. Please note that any item(s) no longer required that were purchased as a “Special order” are non-returnable. Please also note that any labour costs incurred when repairing or replacing faulty items is not covered. Further details can be found in our terms and conditions link below.
