Tell us about your previous work experience
With over two decades of hands-on experience in the heating and gas industry, I have transitioned from the front lines of the heating industry to my current role as Technical Support Engineer at EOGB. My career path, progressing from a commercial gas engineer to a Senior Industrial Gas Engineer, has provided me with a deep, technical understanding of complex heating systems and burners.
How do you plan to apply your skills in your new role at EOGB?
At EOGB, my mission is to provide unparalleled support to our customers by leveraging my 25 years of field expertise.
What’s one thing you’d like to learn or improve in your new role?
Beyond troubleshooting, I am focused on building a robust, modern technical support structure.

I am passionate about integrating cutting-edge innovations, such as AI and digital diagnostics, to evolve our support network into a proactive, world-class service department.
