Our Story

In the early years, EOGB focused on supplying oil and gas burners and spares for both domestic and commercial applications. As the company's reputation for reliability and technical knowledge grew, so did its partnerships with major industry brands and boiler manufacturers across the UK.

EOGB also developed its own range of commercial and domestic burners (X Series and Low Voltage), along with flexible oil hoses and reversible filters, which are engineered to deliver durable performance, ease of installation, and long-term system reliability.

We provide first-class support, aftercare, and modification services, ensuring our clients receive expert assistance throughout every stage of their heating project.

A major milestone in EOGB's history was the establishment of a long-term partnership with Baltur S.p.A., a global leader in combustion technology with more than 75 years of experience. Today, EOGB proudly serves as the exclusive UK supplier of Baltur burners, providing high-quality and energy-efficient solutions for commercial and industrial heating systems.

The BALTUR product range includes:

• Energy-efficient and low-emission combustion technologies

In 2024 EOGB entered into an exciting new partnership with Apen Group — one of the world's leading manufacturers of industrial heating and ventilation systems, including advanced gas and heat pump hybrid technologies. Through this partnership, EOGB supplies and supports Apen Group's high-performance warm air units in the UK market.

In 2021, EOGB expanded into product development with the launch of its own Sapphire Boiler range — a unique fully modulating oil boiler, designed and manufactured in the UK. To support this innovation, EOGB introduced free training courses for oil engineers looking to enhance their skills and become Approved Sapphire Agents.

Nowadays, around 200 heating engineers across the UK are familiar with the Sapphire range and are fully qualified to install and support these advanced boilers.

In 2025, the Sapphire brand was renamed to Sapphire Heat Solutions, and the product range was expanded to include SHP290 air source heat pumps.

Building on its technical foundation, EOGB established a dedicated Training Centre in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, which has been offering OFTEC-accredited courses and hands-on technical training for heating engineers since 2010, and over this period we have had over 2,500 engineers through our centre.

Over the years, EOGB expanded its operations to offer a comprehensive range of heating components and spare parts, ensuring fast and reliable support for engineers and distributors nationwide.
