EOGB Energy Products is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Ansell as National Sales Manager of Sapphire Heat Solutions. His role focuses on leading the national sales strategy for the Sapphire product range, including the new generation of Sapphire boilers and heat pumps. Kevin will be responsible for strengthening relationships with installers and key partners, driving product awareness, and supporting the continued growth of EOGB’s sustainable heating solutions across the UK.

Tell us about your previous work experience

I have over twenty years of experience in the heating and boiler industry, covering a wide range of roles that have given me a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial sides of the sector.  Starting on a merchant trade counter, I progressed into a field-based role as an Area Sales Manager with Ariston & lastly Intergas, where I advanced from ASM to Regional Sales Manager and eventually to a National Sales role.

How do you plan to apply your skills in your new role at EOGB?

With my experience across the various roles I have completed, I have a good understanding of the industry from different points of view. I have gained many contacts across the industry, which I can bring to EOGB to support business growth and collaboration. I’m genuinely passionate about the products I represent and take pride in building lasting relationships with customers, becoming their trusted point of contact. I intend to leverage these existing relationships and my industry experience to contribute to EOGB’s continued success.

What’s one thing you’d like to learn or improve in your new role?

I would like to gain a comprehensive understanding of EOGB’s product range and the wider oil heating industry, particularly focusing on the company’s latest innovation — the R290 heat pump.
